Mother's Wellness Celebration Mind ~ Body ~ Spirit
Our Mother's Wellness Celebration was a wonderful success! Mothers, fathers, babies and children all experienced a relaxing, fun afternoon filled with nurturing, healing treatments: Relaxing chair massage with practitioners from Cypress Health Institute and Twin Lakes Healing Arts, Truth Berenson, CMP, and Jo Ann Tunnel RN, CMT, beautiful singing with Megan Jacobsmeyer (Womb song), calming meditation and breath work with Valerie Moselle (LUMA), healing treatments with Lisa Piediscalzi, LAC, and Carmen McIntyre, LAC, beauty makeovers by Watsonville Institute of Cosmetology and Cilla Parkinson, plus much more!
A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated volunteers who created this nurturing event: Laurie Stuart, Lisa Piediscalzi, Genine Leighton, Jodi Koumouitzes-Douvia, Laura Maxson, Madeleine Kerrick and Maggie Muir, and to the wonderful volunteers who helped make the day flow so seamlessly: Rebecca Schultheis, Corina Avery and Kimlin McDaniel Keith ~ Thank you!
Thank you to Genine Leighton, for coordinating the celebration.
Thank you to Valerie Moselle of LUMA for offering healing breath work.
Thank you to our wonderful UCSC interns Annalynn Mungcal and Danielle Boles for creating such a wonderful celebration!
